Away Trip: the best overall scores of days 1 and 2 came from these fine players |
However, the away trip was a huge success and scoring on the difficult
Mar Menor and Lo Romero courses was more in line with the usual Costa Blanca
results. It is quite understandable that many members decided to take a rest
from golf today.
The guest prize was won by Len McAllister who was playing for the first time with our society and his 35 points was the best score recorded.
Les Wilkinson won the first prize showing us all that playing golf for 4 consecutive days can have a positive result. Well played Les.
