Our Tribute to Clive Dresner
It was sad to hear of Clive's passing last week. Clive was a much appreciated member of the Costa Blanca Society who served as our Handicap Secretary for a number of years until he removed back to Scotland a few years ago.A fine golfer himself and an invaluable member of our league team, he was well-known for the serious and dedicated attitude he took to the work of monitoring our handicaps. Furthermore Clive was much appreciated for the help he gave in coaching other members of the club. I was personally able to thank him for his patience and advice on my own game. It was both informative and a delight to be playing alongside him.
He will be fondly remembered, therefore, by all who knew him here at Bonalba. Our sincerest condolences go to his wife and family.
