Today we played a pairs team game. The format was Greensome-Chapman Stableford. It was an interesting format, where each pair both drove off and then played each other’s ball on the second shot. They then picked the best ball to finish the hole with alternate shots.
Unfortunately, we had an uneven number of 23 players, so the Captain decided to take on the task on his own.
As from now, the CBGS have their own Whatsapp group where all relevant information is published. This Whatsapp group is in addition to the website and members can receive messages but not send any.
Relevant information is still published on the website, including the weekly reports to enable present members without Whatsapp and past members to keep up with our news.

There were prizes for the winners and runners-up, but he best three pairs were as follows:
3rd place with 37 points off hcp 22 – Jim and Kate Hurley
Runners up with 38 points off 23 hcp – Luc and Karine Sienaert
Winners with 39 points off 17 hcp – Michael Davison and Santi Hung
