Today we had 15 members and one guest playing Texas Scramble. The temperatures were slightly lower than of late and the fresh breeze making it bit more comfortable to play.
Some very late cancellations meant that the first group out played a four-ball team, followed by four 3-ball teams.
Congratulations to the winners who played a magnificent round of 9 under par, closely followed by the Cruickshanks’ and their guest.
Please note that next week we will play the August medal, and as last month, there will be a lunch afterwards. Please let Robert, the Captain of the day, or Doris know, if you want to attend the lunch.
