This Wednesday we had 20 members competing in our November Medal Maximum Score which qualified for handicap adjustments.
As there was a national holiday in Spain, All Saints’ Day, the course was very busy and it was decided that the men in Division 2 were playing from the blue tees, which also meant that they were playing with a lower handicap. This seemed to have suited Bob and Graham, the winner and runner-up. Congratulations to them, especially as Graham stepped in at the last minute to replace a late cancellation.
Also, congratulations to Derek and Eddy, the winner and runner-up in Division 1, and a special mention to Richard Davis who, with 86 shots, had the lowest gross score.
The golf was followed by our Monthly Medal Lunch at the Bonalba Restaurant, and as always was enjoyed by everyone.
