Today we played Individual Stableford which was a qualifier for handicap adjustment.
We had a reasonable turn-out of 20 members, considering the course was quite wet after the heavy rainfall on Monday and Tuesday and restrictions of buggies on the path only. In addition, strong winds did not make play any easier.
All in all, golfing conditions were not very favourable, which was reflected in today’s results. The best scores were 32 points, except for Marcel who posted a very good 37.
Congratulations to him and everyone else in the prizes.
We were very pleased to see Helmut back playing golf again. He hadn’t lost his touch, getting nearest the pin on hole 8.
