Today 20 of us, in teams of four, were “waltzing” down the golf course, 123, 123 ……
The format was Individual Stableford, where you counted the teams’ 1 best score on the 1st hole, 2 best scores on the 2nd hole, 3 best scores on the 3rd hole, starting again with 1 score on the 4th, etc.
Par for the Waltz was 72 points and all teams came in with results well over par. There was only 1 point between the winning team and the runners up.

The weather contributed to a very enjoyable day with nice sunshine and no wind.
We finished prize giving with a glass of champagne, presented by Pascale Leroux in honour of her birthday. It was good to see her play golf again after her recent operation.
