| Congratulations to our victorious Team |
The Covid 19 turned our lives upside down and the CBGS League competition for the 2019/20 season ended Thursday April 29 on the difficult La Galiana course.
In division 1: Team SAS wins the Trophy for the second consecutive year.
In division 2: Our Team Costablanca finished 2nd just behind the victorious Alpha team.
We therefore find our place in Division 1 to compete in the 2021/2022 season which should begin in September.
Recently appointed captain for the Costablanca Team, I tried to display the best team based on the players available and present.
- I would like to thank Jan Boultby who was responsible for managing the team until her departure.
- I would also like to thank Edi Rogers for making his minibus available to the team, but also his participation despite his health hazards.
- Finally, I would like to thank ALL the players who made it possible to win the decisive round last Thursday by 6 points to 2. It was a masterful iron shot from Hung Santi on hole 18 which made it possible to win hole 18. The pair Ernst Stecher and Hung Santi were 5 down at hole 11 ! A great comeback to win.
