2021: Indiv. Stableford (16.6.)

Venue:  Bonalba Golf & Spa

 

This Wednesday, we had an attendance of 21 members and 4 guests for our Individual Stableford competition.

Special congratulations go to Greta in Division 1 who, with 39 points, was today’s outstanding player, three points ahead of Richard and Eddie who also had good round, playing to their respective handicaps. 

 

We said a fond farewell to our Irish friends, Jim and Kate Hurley, who, after an extended stay in Spain, are returning to Dublin for the summer.  We look forward to seeing them again later this year.

 

The result of today’s competition was as follows:

Guest prize:  Lieve Heyens, Robert’s wife.  From next week, she will be playing as a member.

1^st Division:

3^rd place with 36 points off 15 hcp  – Eddie Fagg

2^nd place 36 points off 9 hcp – Richard Davis, beating Eddie on the back 9

1^st place with 39 points off 10 hcp  – Greta Biersteker

 

2^nd Division: 

3^rd place with 28 points off 29 hcp  – Luc Verhaegen

2^nd place with 31 points off 26 hcp – Chris van Bemmelen

1^st place with 31 points off 31 hcp  – Doris Shearman-Earp, beating Chris on the back 9
