Today we played an Individual Stableford competition which qualified for handicap and all Society competition. We had a diminished field of 16 players.
This was the second time we used live scoring via the “Golfdirecto” app which is proving to be a useful and easy tool to record our scores and which also enables us to check progress of the other players in the competition.
The outstanding results came from the winners of both Divisions, Jim and Chris, both with 39 points and 5 points ahead of everyone else. In Division 2, Ignace was level on points with Trish who was awarded 2nd place on countback.
On nearest the pin, Santi “spoilt” the complete domination by John and Jan.

We were delighted to welcome Sandra Woodfine who now lives back in the UK but is returning to Spain quite frequently. Also, it was good to see Keith and Pauline who had recently been on a cruise.
