It is with great sadness that we have to announce the death of our Ex-Captain Brian Hines.
He passed away on Thursday, 8 October 2026 in Newcastle upon Tyne.
He was Captain twice and, for many years, was the main organiser of the Monday and Friday informal games. His dedication to our Society and Bonalba Golf club was very much appreciated. Unfortunately, his health deterioated in the last few months and he returned to Newcastle to be with his family.
Our thoughts are with his family and we send our deepest condolences to them.
RIP Brian xxx
