ADVANCE NOTICE
On Wednesday December 18th we will play a team game and then get in the mood for the Christmas festivities. It is traditional for us each to bring a small gift (around10€) to exchange with our fellow golfers after the game.
This is normally followed by a lunch either at the club or a local restaurant.
This year I have discovered a splendid bar/restaurant, La Candelaria, in El Campello where I think we can enjoy some social time together and some great food before heading off to our many different destinations. It will open just for us on this Wednesday afternoon.
In the next week or so (latest Dec. 8th) I will need to give the restaurant an idea of the numbers attending. So please think this over and tell me soon if you would wish to join us. As usual, I will put a sign-up list on our noticeboard at the club this week.
(N.B. A fish option - an individual dish - can replace the grilled meats in the menu below: e.g. cod or hake with a sauce.)
Olives; Bread with alioli and tomato; Tapas of croquettes and Ibericos meats and cheese; House salad; Selection of barbecued meats (with fish option); Drinks (beer, wine, soft drinks and water); Coffee (or tea).
